    Clay County Hospital can help!

    Our Swing Bed Program allows a short term stay following hospitalization. Qualifications include Swing Bed Stay must be related to recent hospitalization. You must need Skilled Nursing Service or Skilled Rehabilitation. Call our Care/Swingbed/Discharge Planner Coordinator: Susan Williams, SW at 256-354-1171 and/or Care/Swingbed/ Discharge Planner Coordinator: Brooke Davis, RN at 256-354-1155.

    • Wound Care
    • Patient Education

    • On Call Dietician
    • Onsite Pharmacy
    • Physician for Swing Bed
    • TV
    • Telephone
    • Discharge Planning (equipment, home health, outpatient follow-up appointments)
    • Activities available: Bingo, Holiday Themes, Trivia, Cards and Sudoku, Word Searches
