     No matter what your age or fitness level, Personal Training is an ideal method for improving your physical well-being. In order to enhance your overall health and wellness, Personal Training begins with an evaluation of your fitness levels and goals.

     A customized plan is developed just for you and as you progress, adjustments will be made by your Personal Trainer to ensure you stay on track. The Personal Trainers at Clay County Health & Wellness Center will be available to provide professional guidance, motivation, and encouragement.

PLAYCARE
     PlayCare is provided for children beginning at age 6 months for a cost of $2 per child per visit. Parents can benefit from the supervised PlayCare where they may leave their children while they exercise or attend class

MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage Therapy by a licensed massage therapist: Beth Strickling

$30 for 30 minutes or $50 for one hour
Swedish Massage: Relaxing, decreases stress
Deep Tissue: Releases tension, uses pressure or friction
Sports Massage: for athletic performance, flexibility
Neuromuscular: Trigger points, spasms
