         Do you have a fitness goal that you want to reach? Hit a plateau? Then, it's time to challenge your endurance and your mind! Using timed intervals, sports drills, boot camp exercises, aerobic activity, strengthen your body all while blasting calories and body fat.     SPIN (Cycling)

         If you are looking for a great cardio blast, Spin is the place for you! It's a great supplement to weight training or any other physical activity. Spin is an aerobic activity performed on a stationary bicycle using different intervals of resistance and speed. You will train your heart all while strengthening and toning your legs! With motivating instruction you will climb, sprint, and spin your way into shape and leave challenged both physically and mentally.

    T'AI CHI

    What is T'ai Chi and Who Can Do It?
         Martial arts masters in ancient China developed t'ai chi for self-defense, and to develop mental and physical wellness. The form evolved into a graceful exercise that's now used for stress reduction and to help with a variety of other health conditions. Almost anyone of any age can learn and practice t'ai chi. As a bonus, we will occasionally demonstrate self-defense applications.

    What does it look (and feel) like?
         T'ai chi, also called t'ai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Some call it "meditation in motion," others compare it to yoga. We teach a short form with a series of easy-to-achieve postures or movements that flow from one to the next slowly and comfortably. Done properly, your mind will quiet, you'll become more focused, and your body will achieve greater balance and flexibility. Class begins with Qi Gong, a series of gentle, easy exercies that prepare the body for the t'ai chi movements.

    WATER AEROBICS

         Don't under estimate the power of water. Water Aerobics is a great way to get in shape and keep your joints moving with ease. This class is held in the pool using water resistance to strengthen and tone your body. If you're looking for a very low impact, fun, but challenging workout...get in the water!

         This is a class designed to increase overall health and wellbeing. Using a combination of strength increasing poses, core exercises, stretching, and a strong mental focus, this class will allow you to unwind and relax your mind, all while getting you into great shape.
